East Coast Trip 2005 Part 2 of Pt. Two
Here's the second part of May 28th, 2005. T'was a day that shall go down in history as the day best friends met... :)

While we were at the Cemetary, the changing of the guard was happening at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. It was really interesting watching this soldier take 21 steps, stop and wait for 21 seconds, and then turn around and walk 21 steps back, continuing that pattern from the time he started to the time he "shift" was over. The 21 steps/seconds stands for the 21-Gun salute. These soldiers guard the Tomb 24/7, rain or shine, hail, rain, or snow. The Military is *amazing* at honoring their soldiers!!! :o

Ummm, ok... I have *no* idea where this pic came from and who the props belong to! :p To quote Jar Jar Binks: "Any hep her woud be hot!" ;) LoL!!!

For some unknown reason, we were all intrigued by these beautiful clouds while we were waiting for the bus thingy to come pick us up. Nic pointed out the break in these clouds to me, and I thought it was pretty, so I snapped a shot. Thanks Nic! :D

Hehe, someone's happy! :p (I love that smile with the head-tilt... It looks like I'm getting one of those "You are SUCH a clutzy dumb-blonde-turned-brunette girl, and you're REALLY funny because of it!" looks. I get them *all* the time from my friends, LoL!! 0:3 But I can't remember what I had just done, so I don't know for sure :p Probably a GOOD thing I don't remember! =D)

GET OUT OF THE CAR TJ!!!!!!!!!! :p =)) :p

Much better! :)

"Think of me, think of me fondly when we've said goodbye! Remember me once in a while, please promise me you'll try!" -The Phantom of the Opera :) (it's all I could think of to say, lol :p Coming up with captions is hard work! =P)

One last goodbye pic... For that day at least... 0:)

Since TJ and I have birthday kinda close to each other, and we met in between our birthdays, we thought we'd give each other some presents while we were together. :) Everything TJ gave me had something to do with past conversations, and part one of my gift was this absolutely beautiful rose! 0:D

Part two of my birthday present was a supposedly unopened box of Cheerios! :p The Cheerios is another joke we have going waaay back, hehe! But when I looked closer, I noticed the box had been opened and sealed with glitter glue! :D "It was the only glue I could find around the house!" said TJ. :) I wonder what else is inside... ;)

So later on I opened the Cheerio box to find not only 1, but 2 of the coolest cds in the whole world!!! :D TJ had introduced me to the band Lifehouse a few months ago and absolutely fell in love with their stuff and have been trying to get their cds ever since!!!!! I was seriously speechless and (he doesn't know this yet 0:3) was sooo close to crying when I saw them. I haven't been able to stop listening to them since! Thanks TJ! >:D<

After we left TJ, Nic, and Nathan, we headed on to go to Hershy, Pennsylvania where we took a "tour" of the "factory". It was a lot of fun! :)

Yay for chocolate!!! :D
So, that concludes Part 2 of Pt. Two. It was an amazing time, and I totally enjoyed every minute of it! :) I hope everyone else had as much fun as I did! ;) Love ya guys! :D
